Todd Hudak

Todd Hudak IS the EnterTrainer. Once serving in the Navy as a mechanical chemical engineer, Todd has always had a life on the move. In the rare event that he is not on the road training or speaking, he calls Hebron, KY home with his wife, Dianna, and two dogs, Izzy and Angel. Being on the road so much has instilled a truly American pace about his activities. You can trust he is always punctual and never without a watch.

If the EnterTrainer is ever late, you can probably assume he’s getting a speeding ticket. He has convinced himself that he can beat any race car driver. His lead foot and eagerness keep things interesting as he always tries to beat his travel time when repeating a long distance trip.

Like all great success stories, Todd can reminisce on humble beginnings, having his start in the auto industry as an attendant at a full service gas station… those were the days! He has since then created quite a life for himself. A successful corporate trainer, sales and customer service director, Todd has received numerous awards and recognitions including USA Today/ NADA Dealer Innovation award.

He is widely and fondly recognized within the auto industry for his dynamic training and BDC implementation programs.  Such a life on the go keeps Todd constantly plugged in. Not only is his guilty pleasure shopping at Best Buy, but if trapped on a deserted island a laptop and cell phone would be his staples. Wonder if the outlet on the coconut tree is compatible with his chargers… He is dynamic, fun and a classic leader. President and founder of his name bearing company, the EnterTrainer encourages us all to dream without limits, as he himself, is creating his own dream with Hudak Consulting.

TJ Hudak

A Transylvania University Alumnus, he received his BA in International Affairs and Spanish Language and Literature. Disseminating world-class research practices, TJ specializes in instructional design and capacity building for small and large teams. Inherited through merit, he entered the automotive industry in 2005 and within five years worked as the Director of Business Development at Tom Gill Chevrolet in Florence, KY.

His perfect day would be spent munching on Girl Scout cookies and cruising with the windows rolled down jamming out to his favorite song. He’s a night owl. He’s adventurous. He’s confident and fun. He is a great person to learn from, to guide you and to have by your side.

With an eye for problem solving, TJ sees an opportunity for improvement in every challenge. TJ often says, “I believe everything happens for a reason, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they’re right.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Savannah Gillispie

Savannah Gillispie graduated from University of Kentucky in 2010 with a degree in Integrated Strategic Communications and Public Relations with a minor in Art Studio. With team Hudak by her side, she now directs our Elite Virtual Management (EVM) department. She loves reality tv, especially Bravo TV and Teen Mom. Her favorite snack is Oreo’s and peanut butter.

She, like Todd is always plugged in, swearing that she always has to have her iPad, with 3G service and an endless battery of course.

A bit of a germaphobe, it’s ironic that Savannah’s least favorite chore is unloading clean dishes from the dishwasher. When speaking to her you might believe she is a crazy cat lady or animal hoarder; she always has good tales about Madina, El Beepo and Doodles. No worries! All those cute little pet names belong to just two furry friends, Rocko and Madeline, who keep her company in Burlington, KY.

Being quite the night owl you can find her up in the florescent glow of the computer screen. Which is why she is so amazing at her job! Savannah is loyal, kind and a true team player. She is the perfect one to manage your virtual identity and take your business into the 21st century … better yet, the 22nd.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ben Deaton

Ben is our Director of Strategic Affairs. He is from Elizabethtown, KY but now lives in Lexington, KY. He bleeds even bluer blue than many Kentuckians, having actually attended the University of Kentucky to study Political Science and Economics. Bleeding blue is about more than basketball for Ben, in fact, he spent a good portion of his childhood on a horse farm and enjoys a Spring Friday at Keenland.

He is perpetually punctual, thorough and full of information pertaining to strategic planning, finance and legal matters, BUT don’t let his book smarts fool you: Ben is extremely creative and outgoing … actually, he enjoys interior decorating as a past-time hobby, and is extremely good at it.

Ben prefers to hit the day early and running. He is a man of professional achievement and cultural appreciation. Claiming to be a foodie, he also enjoys traveling and tennis. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Coalition of Juvenile Justice, Governor’s Advisory Board for Juvenile Justice and other prestigious positions for youth in government.

When it comes to making strategic decisions for your business, Ben is your man. Not only will he always be on time, prepared and knowledgable, but he is a true pleasure to work with and a fun person to be around.
